Roofing services
Full replacements are most of what we do. Repairs, storm claims, ice dams, gutters and small commercial roofs fill in the rest, all done by our own crews.
A free inspection, photos of what we found, and a written price before any work starts. Most inspections happen within 48 hours.

Down to the deck, back up in a day or two.
We tear off every old layer, check the deck sheet by sheet, and build the roof back up in the order on the right. Most homes are done in one or two days, and the yard gets a magnet sweep for nails before we leave.
- Written price before we start
- 10-year workmanship warranty
- Maker's warranty registered for you
- Financing on approved credit

What goes on, top to bottom
- Ridge vent
Lets warm, wet air out of the attic so snow doesn't melt from below.
- Shingles
Architectural or Class 4 impact-resistant, nailed to the maker's spec.
- Synthetic underlayment
A water-resistant layer over the rest of the deck.
- Ice and water shield
Peel-and-stick membrane at eaves and valleys, where ice dams push water.
- Drip edge
Metal at every edge so water lands in the gutter, not behind it.
- Deck check
We walk every sheet. Soft or rotted decking gets replaced, and you see it first.
Where most leaks really start
- 1Flashing at chimneys, walls and skylights
- 2Pipe boots with cracked rubber collars
- 3Valleys where two slopes meet
- 4Missing or lifted shingles after wind
Rough order from what our crews find most often on Twin Cities repair calls.
02 · Repair & leaks
Find the real leak. Fix that.
The stain on the ceiling is rarely under the hole. We trace the water back, photograph it, and fix the actual source. If your roof is worth repairing, we'll repair it, and if it isn't, we'll say so.
Active leak? Call (651) 958-3021. We tarp the same or next day when we can.
03 · Storm & hail damage
Hail, wind and fallen limbs.
A free storm inspection with a photo report. If there's real damage, we walk the roof with your adjuster and handle the rebuild. If there isn't, we tell you.
How a claim works- 48 hrto a storm inspection, most weeks
- 100%of what we find, photographed and sent to you
- $0if we find no storm damage
04 · Ice dams
How an ice dam forms.
Warm air leaks into the attic and heats the underside of the roof. Snow melts up high, runs down, and freezes again at the cold overhang. The ice ridge grows, water backs up behind it, and it finds its way under the shingles.
Low-pressure steam cuts channels and clears the dam without chipping shingles.
Air sealing, baffles and ventilation keep the roof cold, plus ice and water shield at the eaves.
Right for most homes, and a real step up from old 4 inch runs.
For steep or big roofs and spots where the spring thaw overflows.
Oversized so ice and leaves are less likely to plug them.
05 · Seamless gutters
Formed on your driveway, one piece per run.
We roll seamless gutters from coil on site, cut to the length of each run, so there are no joints to drip. Hidden hangers every two feet hold up to a winter of snow and ice.
06 · Light commercial
Small buildings, flat roofs.
Low-slope TPO and EPDM for small shops, offices, duplexes, fourplexes and the flat porch roof on a Minneapolis foursquare. Standing seam metal where it makes sense. We schedule around tenants and business hours.
- TPO and EPDM membranes
- Standing seam metal
- Roof drains and scuppers
- Tenant notices handled with you

How long each roof lasts.
Typical life in a Minnesota climate with decent attic ventilation. Your real number depends on the house.
Instant estimate
What would yours run?
A rough range from three questions. The real price comes after a free inspection.
Most ramblers and 1.5-story homes here have 1,800 to 2,800 sq ft of roof. Not sure? Take your main floor and add about a third.
$11,600 to $16,000
Full tear-off and architectural asphalt, about 22 squares. Priced with waste.
A ballpark from typical 2026 Minneapolis and St. Paul pricing, with tear-off, ice and water shield, underlayment, vents and cleanup in it. Rotted decking, extra layers, skylights and tight access change the number. Your real price comes in writing after a free inspection.
